Columbus Indiana’s own, Tony Stewart, i.e. “Smoke,” as referred to, sat in the driver’s seat of the #14 for his last appearance as a driver at the 2016, July 3 running of the NASCAR Sprint Series Kentucky Speedway in Sparta Ky., as he plans to retire at the end of the season. Currently with a win this season, and ranked at 30th, even though not driving any more races, he will make the chase cut, should someone not knock him off the #30 position in points with just a few races left in regular season challenges. See page 5 for more photos.
