Varsity Eagles in holiday tournament championship

On Monday, Dec. 29, Coach Perry Nash led his JCD Eagle varsity squad to the championship game of the Johnson Memorial Hospital/Sports Plus. Inc. Holiday Classic Tournament, hosted at Edinburgh High School. The Eagles defeated Medora 56-45 and Indianapolis Lutheran 56-46 to get to championship contention. In the championship, they will face the winner of the Trinity Lutheran or Edinburgh game on Tuesday evening, Dec. 30, at 8 p.m.
