Reva Mae Mullins
Reva Mae Mullins, 82, of Osgood, passed away Friday, June 13, 2014, at her home, with her family by her side. She was born June 7, 1932, in McGuffin, Kentucky, the loving daughter of McCoy and Thelma Keeton Miller. She married Nathan K. Mullins August 3, 1951 and he preceded her in death on June 27, 2001.
In the late 1980s, Reva worked at the US Shoe Company in Osgood and also had been a cook in Franklin County Indiana School system. Reva was known for her huge and beautiful gardens. She graciously shared this food with family and friends. Quilting was a pastime hobby she so enjoyed. She had been a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister.
Survivors include sons, Roger Mullins of Brookville, Richard (Joyce) Mullins of Brookville; daughters, Diana K. (Delbert) Metcalf of Brookville, Vickie Isaacs of Brookville, Gale Abernathy of Greensburg; brothers, Dean (Evelyn) Miller of Osgood, Charles Miller of Osgood, Johnie (Donna) Miller of Versailles, Grover (Cathy) Miller of Versailles; sisters, Susan (Joe) Owens of Osgood, Helen Bauman of Osgood, Janet (Ralph) Thompson of North Vernon; 13 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren.
Three brothers preceded her in death, Henry Clay, Gray and Chavis Miller. Also, one sister preceded her in death, Opal Smith.
Services were held Monday, June 16, at Neal’s Funeral Home, Osgood. Burial was in the Millers Cemetery near Osgood. Memorials may be given to the Millers Cemetery. Neal’s Funeral Home, Osgood, was in charge of arrangements; www.nealsfuneralhome.net.

David Shaw, 53, of Versailles, passed away Sunday, June 15, 2014. Services are pending at Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home, Milan.
William C. McCoy & Marjorie (Townsend) McCoy
Marjorie (Townsend) McCoy, born August 31, 1927, in Bloomfield, Indiana to Harvey and Maude Townsend, died on May 12, 2013. William C. McCoy, born December 12, 1925, in Osgood, Indiana to Charles and Anna (Fremdling) McCoy, died December 18, 2013.
William and Marjorie were married on September 20, 1971, in Mountain Home, Arkansas, and they resided in Hidden Valley, Hardy, Arkansas for 32 years. In 2003,. they moved to the retirement community of Leisure World in Seal Beach, California.
Neal’s Funeral Home, Osgood, will conduct a graveside service for family and friends on Friday, June 20, 2014 at 2 p.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery in Napoleon.
