Delivering positivity is made evident with the group of 14 athletes from Jac-Cen-Del, Milan and South Ripley winter sport programs. They faced the challenge and earned honored recognition as members of the 2013-14 All-ORVC (Ohio River Valley Conference) Basketball Teams. A lot has been accomplished by these young student athletes as they represented their respective schools and our community in general during sanctioned winter sports, i.e. basketball.
