Dorothy J. Black

Dorothy J. Black, 85, of Versailles, passed away Thursday, February 21, 2013 at the King's Daughters' Hospital in Madison. She was born in the Cedar Creek community near Osgood on May 24, 1927, the daughter of Arthur and Clara Diem Jahnigen. She was married to Roy Black on October 19, 1947 and he preceded her in death on March 17, 1977.

Survivors include one son, Roger (Trish) Black of Westfield; three daughters, Jo Ann (John) Santen of Cleves, Ohio, Judy (John) Sides of Versailles, and Nancy (Al) Waldbillig of Cincinnati; her son-in-law, Richard Hansen of Holton; nine grandchildren, one step grandchild, and 11 great grandchildren; one brother, Jerald "Butch" (Helen) Jahnigen of Osgood; one sister, Jeraldine Humphrey of Osgood. She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Rita Hansen, her brothers Clem Jahnigen and Herman Jahnigen, and her sister Virginia Lowe.

Mrs. Black was a 1945 graduate of Versailles High School. She assisted her husband in farming, was a homemaker and enjoyed quilting.

Dorothy was a member of the Versailles American Legion Auxiliary.

Funeral services were held Monday, February 25 at the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles with Rev. David Shivers of the Hopewell Baptist Church officiating. Burial was in the Cliff Hill Cemetery at Versailles. Memorials may be given to the Versailles American Legion Auxiliary or the Cliff Hill Cemetery in care of the funeral home.

Hazel F. Comer

Hazel F. Comer, 85, of Greensburg, formerly of Napoleon, passed away Friday, February 22, 2013 at the Aspen Place Health Campus in Greensburg. She was born at Friendship on April 3, 1927, the daughter of Albert and Fannie Mae Craig Doyle. She was married to Norman Comer on June 18, 1949 and he survives.

Other survivors include one son, Duane (Joyce) Comer of Greensburg; three daughters, Cynthia (Tom) Rimstidt of Osgood, Linda (Fred) Cook of Canton, Ohio, and Vickie Youngman of Greensburg; 11 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren; one brother, Walter (Jean) Doyle of Columbus, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Lawrence Doyle and Alvin Doyle, and her sisters Marie Roberts, Ruth Shepherd, and Thelma Doyle.

Hazel was a 1945 graduate of Napoleon High School and had worked as a Title 1 Assistant in reading and math at the New Point and North Decatur Elementary schools. She enjoyed gardening, her flowers, cooking, and her family.

During their life together, she and Norman traveled throughout the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, and overseas to Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Russia, and Europe.

She was a 4-H club leader in Decatur County for 20 years for the Smyrna Guys and Gals and had coached the National Junior Horticulture Association Demonstration Team to a national championship in 1972. She received the Decatur County Extension Certificate of Distinction in 1991.

Hazel was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church at Smyrna, Decatur County Rural Couples, and was a former member of the Live and Learn Home Ec Club. She and Norman had also been vendors at the farmer's markets in Osgood and Batesville.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 2 at 11 a.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church at Smyrna with Pastors Chad Adamik and Doug Brougher officiating. Burial will be in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery at Napoleon. Visitation will be Friday, March 1 from 5-8 p.m. at the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles and from 10 a.m. until time of services Saturday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church. Memorials may be given to the Decatur County Hospice, St. Paul's Lutheran Church, or Riley Hospital for Children in care of the funeral home.

Donn Robert Foley

Donn Robert Foley, 70, of Madison, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2013 at his home. He was born August 5, 1942 in Madison, the son of William B. and Opal Inez Sigmon Foley. He was married to Linda Long in 1961.

Survivors include his sons: Greg Foley and wife Marsha of Madison, Rob Foley and wife Kim of Madison; daughter Beth Hankins of Madison; grandchildren, Bailey Hankins and Kole Taylor; stepchild, Logan Scott; sisters, Mary Ann Foley of Hanover, Joann Pendleton and husband Waldo of Colorado; sister-in-law, Maxine Foley of Canaan and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Mr. Foley was a 1960 graduate of Central High School. He was inducted into the United States Army on August 2, 1966 and rose to the rank of Specialist Five, serving in the 572 Engineer Company during the Vietnam War. He was honorably discharged on August 1, 1972.  He received the National Defense Service Medal, the Good Conduct Medal, the Vietnam Service Medal, and the Vietnam Commendation Medal with two overseas service bars.

He was employed in demolition with the Jefferson Proving Ground until 1991. He also had worked for Rexnord, Williamson Heater and drove a school bus for Madison Consolidated School System. He had enjoyed farming all of his life and pulling ponies.

He was a member of the Madison VFW Post 1969, Jefferson Post 9, of the American Legion, Disabled American Veterans Post No. 55, Central Alumni and was of the Baptist faith.

Funeral services were held Monday, February 25 at Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, Madison with Rev. Ed Roberts officiating. Burial was in the Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Madison.

Memorials may be given in memory of Donn to the American Cancer Society.

Paul Edward Holt

Paul Edward Holt of Bennington, went to Heaven Sunday, February 24, 2013 at King's Daughters' Hospital. He was born Feb. 8, 1931, in Whitley County, Kentucky, the son of Vernon Holt and Nellie Gregory Holt. He was married to Ruth Bingaman of Kentucky and had three daughters: Wanda Hart (Pete), Kathy Aylor and Paula Lauria, all of Kentucky. He then was united in marriage to Nancy Florence Biddle on April 16, 1976 and had two additional children: Patricia Stewart (Neil), and son Cameron; Jennifer Chandler (Doug), and their children Haley and Lynnzie of Bennington. He had six stepchildren: Sandra Floyd (George) of Dry Ridge, KY, Joyce Biddle (Mark) of Florence, KY, Jimmie Biddle of Burlington, KY, Jerry Biddle (Becky) of Florence, KY; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Paul was a loving husband and father. He worked at J.C. Noyes in Covington, KY for 37 years and retired in May 1992 to enjoy his life. He loved to go fishing, woodworking, working on cars and loved gardening. He enjoyed every minute with his wife and family.

Paul was a member of Manville Christian Church of Manville. He will be dearly missed by his children, stepchildren, all the grandkids and great grandkids.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his loving wife, Nancy Holt; and stepdaughter, Beverly Dinser.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 27 at 10 a.m. at DeVries Funeral Home in Dillsboro. He will be buried in Pleasant Cemetery along side his loving wife Nancy. Friends may meet the family Tuesday, February 26, at the funeral home from 5-8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be given in his memory to Manville Church Youth Fund. Donald Raymond "Bucky" Pilz

Dellas M. Ross

Dellas M. Ross, 93, a pillar in the community of Dillsboro, passed away Friday, February 22, 2013 at Dearborn County Hospital in Lawrenceburg. Dellas was born on April 23, 1919 in Manchester, to Kenneth W. and Alice G. (Griffith) Ross.

He grew up in a loving family, and attended common school in Manchester, followed by high school in Aurora. In his younger years, Dellas was a member of the Universalist Church in Manchester.

Upon graduation from high school in 1937 he was employed by Leo's Auto Store in Lawrenceburg, later attending one year at Hanover College. He returned to Leo's in 1940 and was inducted into the US Army and served from June 1941 to November of 1945. He served as a First Sgt. and Plans and Training Sgt.

Following his discharge from the service he was again employed by Leo's and was manager of the Lawrenceburg store.

On April 6, 1947, Dellas married Dorothea M. (Schwing) Deaton and her five children, James, Robert, Barbara, Phyllis, and Karen. In 1948, Dellas and his family moved to Dillsboro, and established the Dottie-Dell Shop, and resided on the second floor of the shop. Dellas became manager of the Dillsboro Health Resort on April 24, 1951 and in 1965 he became part owner. At that time the resort was converted into a nursing home, and in 1969 he and Dottie took full ownership and continued to expand the business.

In 1984 Ross Manor Health Care Center was built and opened. Dellas was also part owner of the Rising Sun Health Care Center and Milan Health Care.

Dellas and Dottie were involved in many community improvements to the town of Dillsboro. He was responsible for many of the improvements to buildings in Dillsboro as well as helping to establish the Dillsboro Village Senior Apartments and the Area 12 Council on Aging. He was a strong supporter of the aged and aging, and was responsible for the first R.S.V.P. in Indiana, being located in Aurora.

He was chairman of the Dearborn Social Council on Aging and volunteered many hours in the field of aging. He was chairman of the Area 12 Council on Aging, chairman of the State Advisory Council on Aging, served on the State Commission on Aging Board, and was a member of the State Health Facility Council.

Dellas was Senator Lugar's representative to the 1981 White House Conference on Aging, and was a delegate to the 1988 National Republican Convention. On January 27, 1990 Dellas and Dottie established the Ross Foundation, whereby organizations and communities in and around Dillsboro could provide a better quality of life for its citizens.

Dellas Ross is an example of a poor farm boy who with the love and support of a wonderful wife, five great children, and friends can live a beautiful life and create a memory after death. Dellas gave much to his fellow man, and gave thousands of hours of volunteering in the field of aging, as well as in his own community.

He was a long time member of Emanuel Lutheran Church, and currently a member of Aurora Baptist Church, a board member of Lifetime Resources Council on Aging, and currently a member of that board Emeritus, the board of directors of and vice president of Ripley Crossing. His life demonstrated that fulfillment in life is derived less from the accumulation of wealth than from the satisfaction of knowing that your efforts have made a difference in your community.

Dellas was preceded in death by his loving wife, Dorothea M. (Dottie), who passed away July 14, 2006. He leaves his children: James P. Deaton of Dillsboro, Robert L. Deaton of Stevensville, MI, Barbara J. Ruble of Scottsdale, AZ, Phyllis J. Masing of Marion, IN, and Karen L. Donahue of Tuscan, AZ; 29 grandchildren; daughters-in-law, Deanna Deaton and Katina Deaton; sons-in-law, Bryan Ruble, James Masing, and Michael Donahue.

Dellas passed from this life on February 22, 2013. He loved Dillsboro and all its people. He felt good about his life and the accomplishments that he and Dottie made.

As he always said, "You can make a difference."

A funeral service for Dellas will be Thursday, February 28, at 1:00 p.m. at the 1st Baptist Church of Aurora (across Hwy 50 from the Aurora Fire Department) with Pastor Charles Miller officiating. Interment will follow at Oakdale Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects to Dellas and join the family for a time of remembrance on Wednesday, February 27, from 2-7 p.m. at the 50+ Club on Lenover St. in Dillsboro.

Heather (Braun) Wells

Heather (Braun) Wells, 26 of Sunman, passed away Saturday, February 23, 2013. Keva Lynn Berry

Ida C. Grow

Ida C. Grow, 90, of Napoleon passed away Friday, February 15, 2013 at her home. She was born near Napoleon on July 14, 1922, the daughter of George and Pearl Drescher Young.

She was married to Arval Grow on June 22, 1942 and he preceded her in death on March 2, 2004.

Survivors include one daughter Janet (Tim) Foster of Napoleon; three grandchildren Lisa (Daniel) Horn and Jeff Foster both of Napoleon and Kelly (Tiffany) Foster of Osgood; ten great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren; three brothers Sylvester Young and Lester (Betty) Young both of Napoleon and Delbert Young of New Mexico.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Walter, Harry, Roy, Norman, Earl, and Alvin Young, and her sisters Esther Bernard, Sadie Schmidt, and Alice Bultman.

Mrs. Grow was a former employee of the International Furniture Company in Rushville, the Union Furniture Company in Batesville, Hillenbrand Industries in Batesville, and also farmed and operated a trucking business with her husband. Her travels had taken her to England, Germany, France, Switzerland, Italy, and Holland. Ida was a member of the Napoleon United Methodist Church and the Greensburg VFW Auxiliary.

Funeral services will be held Monday, February 18 at 12 p.m. at the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles with Rev. Don Buck of the Osgood First Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery at Napoleon. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of services.

John William Lee, Jr.

John William Lee, Jr., 90, of Osgood, and formerly of Bennington, passed away Saturday, February 16, 2013 at Manderley Health Care, Osgood. He was born January 19, 1923 in Switzerland County, the son of John William, Sr. and Nellie A. (Gibbs) Lee. John was united in marriage in January of 1939 to Lucille Littrell. He was later united in marriage in 1951 to Marcile Elizabeth Watson. In 1973, John was united in marriage to Nancy Sue Parrish.

Survivors include six daughters, Joy Dean Lee of Orlando, FL, Mary Hunt of Versailles, Joyce Ann Buchanan of Versailles, Patricia Lee of Bloomington, Denise Stevens of Cambridge City, Rebecca Ann Lee of Bloomington; eight sons, Joe Lee of Butlerville, Mike Lee of Colorado Springs, CO, John William Lee, III of Williamsburg, VA, Paul Lee of Bloomington, Edward Lee of Kankakee, IL, James Lee of Madison, Rick Lee of Madison, John Aaron Lee of Bloomington; 34 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 11 great great grandchildren; one brother, Kenneth Lee of Royal Oak, MI; two sisters, Bonnie Bliss of Greenfield, Nellie Cooper of Fortville; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, William Edwin Lee; grandson, Charles Atlas Buchanan; great grandson, Brandon Buchanan; three brothers, Grant Lee, Archie Lee and Edwin Lee; eight sisters, Pauline Long, Ruth Demit, Hazel Lee, Mary Rochat, Beulah Nave, Helen Cooper, Opal Boots and Anna Lee.

Mr. Lee resided in Switzerland County most of his life and in Ripley County for 18 years. He graduated high school from the Armed Forces Institute in Honolulu, Hawaii.

John was inducted in to the United States Navy on July 10, 1943, in Louisville, KY, rising to the rank of Boatswain's Mate First Class, serving with the 117^th US Naval Construction Battery, during World War II. He received the Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Ribbon, the C.B. Insignia and the Golden Dragon Order. He was honorably discharged on December 9, 1945, in Great Lakes, IL.

John retired after 60 years of service at the International Association of Bridge, Structural & Ornamental Iron Workers, Machinery Movers & Riggers Local #44 in Hebron, KY. He was a member of the Most Sorrowful Mother of God Catholic Church in Vevay, the Vevay American Legion Post #185 and the Vevay VFW Post #5396.

John enjoyed visiting shut-ins at nursing homes as long as his health would permit. He will be remembered for his love of farming and raising Angus cows, channel catfish, chickens and turkeys. John was a loving father, grandfather and brother.

Mass of Christian burial will be held Wednesday, February 20 at 11:30 a.m. at the Most Sorrowful Mother of God Catholic Church in Vevay with Father John A. Meyer officiating. Burial will be in the Lee Cemetery in Fairview. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m., Tuesday, at the Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home, Vevay. A rosary service will be prayed on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

Dorothy M. May

Dorothy M. May, 89, of Versailles, formerly of Osgood, passed away Friday, February 15, 2013 at the Margaret Mary Community Hospital in Batesville. She was born near New Marion on May 31, 1923, the daughter of William and Mary J. Stratton Swinney.

She was married to Leroy May on November 1, 1943 and he preceded her in death on May 16, 2006.

Survivors include two sons Gene (Linda) May of Versailles and Don May of North Vernon; son-in-law Reed Back of Versailles; 13 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Barbara Back, her brothers Culver, Cecil, Clifford, Russell, Herschel, and Adrian Swinney, and her sisters Creola Ketzendorf and Zelphia Baurley.

Mrs. May was a 1941 graduate of New Marion High School. She was a former employee of Vines Poultry in Osgood and was a 28-year employee of US Shoe in Osgood. Dorothy was a member of the New Marion Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 19 at 11 a.m. at the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles with Rev. Daniel May and Rev. Steve Culp officiating. Burial will be in the New Marion Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Lucille Gwinn Browne

Lucille Gwinn Browne, 87, of Madison, passed away Saturday, February 2, 2013. Funeral services will be Wednesday, Feb. 6 at 11 a.m. at First Christian Church, Madison, with burial in the Springdale Cemetery in downtown Madison. Flossie M. Hacker

Flossie M. Hacker, 86, of Versailles, passed away Saturday, February 2, 2013 at Florence Park Care Center in Florence, Kentucky. She was born at McHenry, Kentucky on April 10, 1926, the daughter of Walter and Bessie Gray Forbes. She was married to Dewey Hacker on July 18, 1945 and he preceded her in death on June 2, 1966.

Survivors include two daughters, Doris (Ken) Schlueter of Inverness, Florida and Janice (Robert) Rutherford of Osgood; five grandchildren, Deanna (John) Bays, Lorie (Angel Hernandez) Burress, Kim Simmons, Aaron Burress, and Matthew Burress; five great grandchildren Jonathon, Jessica, Patty, Robert, and Joey; two sisters and one brother.

Mrs. Hacker was a former employee of Vines Poultry in Osgood. She enjoyed planting flowers and loved to show them off for the crowds in Versailles for the Pumpkin Show. In her later years she had to move to Florence, but Versailles was always home.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 5 at 11 a.m. at the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles with Rev. Don Buck of the Osgood First Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in the Holton Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 10 a.m. until time of services. Memorials may be given to the donor's choice.

Sandra Hooker Nay

Sandra Hooker Nay, 73, of Seymour, formerly of Dupont, Hanover and Versailles, passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at Schneck Medical Center, Seymour. She was born June 20, 1939 in Madison, the daughter of Verne and Louise Leinenweber Hooker. She married Stanley R. Nay on April 11, 1963 in Deputy and he survives.

Other survivors include two daughters, Alicia (Robin) Karmolinski of Seymour and Tobey (Chris) Nay-Tucker of Fishers; two sisters, Joyce Ashbrook of Hanover and Shirley (Norman) Griffith of Pearland, TX; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Merrill and Gayle Nay of Madison, Carolyn and Walt Henley of Greens Fork, Neva and Merton Chun of Sierra Vista, AZ, Lavaughn Eads of Smithville; several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother-in-law, Russell Ashbrook.

Sandra was raised in Dupont and was a 1957 graduate of Dupont High School. She was a 1961 graduate of Indiana University and received her Bachelors in Elementary Education and later received her Masters from Indiana University as well.

Sandra and Stanley resided in Versailles for 30 years, where she taught second grade at South Ripley Elementary School for 19 years. She retired after 24 and a half years of teaching elementary education. She was a devoted wife and loving mother. She was an avid reader, enjoyed shopping, loved animals and enjoyed being with her daughters. Sandra had resided in Seymour the past five years.

Funeral services were held Monday, February 4 at Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, Madison, with Bro. Bob Hicks officiating. Burial was in the Springdale Cemetery in downtown Madison.

Frances P. (Patty) Ingram Pitts

Frances P. (Patty) Ingram Pitts, 78, of Milan, passed away Saturday, February 2, 2013 at Dearborn County Hospital in Lawrenceburg. She was born Wednesday, March 28, 1934 in Lawrenceburg, the daughter of Frank and Geneva (Green) Colen. She married John Ingram who preceded her in death January 2, 1985 and she later married William Pitts who survives.

Frances was a supervisor at Muscatatuck in Butlerville where she worked for over 30 years. She loved collecting patriotic items, Hotwheels, rocks, antiques, and enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family.

Survivors include husband, Bill Pitts of Milan; sons, Frank F. (Donna) Ingram of Rockport, Johnnie Ray (Lynn) Ingram of Milan, James "Jim" (Tracy) Ingram of Greensburg, Jeffrey Francis (Raydean) Ingram of Milan; stepson, David Pitts of Mooresville; daughters, June (Dennis) McAdams of Versailles and Jane (Ray) Vinup of Milan; sisters, Carol Mulford of Aurora and Marjorie Edington of Burlington, KY; 16 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren; and a nephew, Wade Clark.

She was preceded in death by two nieces, Joan Farris and Beth Bree and a son, Dennis Ingram, and one sister, Janet Clark.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 6, at 11 a.m. at Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home, Milan with Rev. Harris Long officiating. Burial will follow in Little Memory Cemetery near Sunman. Gerald R. "Jerry" Peters

Gerald R. "Jerry" Peters, 80, of Osgood, formerly of Madison, passed away Monday, February 4, 2013 at the Margaret Mary Community Hospital in Batesville. He was born in Columbus, Ohio on December 10, 1932, the son of Herbert and Ruth Goulding Peters. He was married to Charlene "Charley" Bowers on March 20, 1954 and she preceded him in death on September 17, 2010.

Survivors include three sons, Bryan (Beth) Peters of Urbana, Illinois, Craig (Tonya) Peters of Lumberton, Texas, and Michael (Kathy) Peters of Tennessee; two daughters, Teresa Peters Thixton of Pekin and Katherine (Carl) Taul of Holton; 14 grandchildren and four great grandchildren; one brother, Daniel (Helene) Peters and one sister, Donna (John) Yaklevich, and sister-in-law Reta (Bud) Friend all of Columbus, Ohio.

Mr. Peters was a 1954 graduate of Ohio State University where he received his Bachelors Degree in journalism. He had worked as the advertising manager for the Madison Courier and other newspapers throughout Ohio and Indiana as well as the Catholic Church publication The Criterion.

He was also an independent insurance agent and sold memberships for the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. Jerry was a member of the Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Madison, the Ulster Project, and Knights of Columbus. He was past president of the Jefferson County Easter Seals campaign and volunteered in many local charities including the Jefferson County Boys Club.

In his free time he enjoyed his family, playing bridge, and attending auctions and yard sales.

A celebration of Jerry's life will be held Saturday, February 9 at 2 p.m. at the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles. Burial will be at a later date in Columbus, Ohio. Visitation will be Saturday from 1 p.m. until time of services. Memorials may be given to Special Olympics or the Ulster Project of Madison in care of the funeral home.

Barney Smith

Barney Smith, 55, of Fort Myers, Florida, formerly of Bear Branch, passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at his home. He was born in Milan on November 26, 1958, the son of Marvin Denson and Nancy Lee Phillips Smith. He was married to Greta Schnuck on October 13, 1994 and she survives.

Other survivors include four sons, Shawn, Dakota, Cheyenne, and Ethan; four daughters, Brittany, Shawntaine, Samantha, and Sabrina; four brothers, Alvin of Rising Sun, Marvin of Milan, Arron of Bear Branch and Lindsey of Oklahoma; five sisters, Diane, Melinda Dennis of Middletown, Ohio, Gwenn Hamilton of Holton, Reva Clark of Hanover and Vicki Kurlich of Sunman. He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, Joshua, and his sister Emma Smith.

Mr. Smith served in the US Army in the 101st Air Assault. He worked as an electrician for D & J Electrical. Barney was a member of the Hope Baptist Church in Dillsboro.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 6 at 11 a.m. at the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles with Tom Holt officiating. Burial will be in Cravens Cemetery at Milan. Visitation will be Wednesday from 9 a.m. until the time of service. Memorials may be given to the donor's choice in care of the funeral home.

Erin Michelle Watson

Erin Michelle Watson, 29, of Nashville, Indiana and formerly of Moores Hill, passed away Friday, February 1, 2013. Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 5, at 1 p.m. at Faith Freewill Baptist Church, Moores Hill. Burial will follow in Mt. Sinai Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11-1 Tuesday at the church.
