Giovanni Costantino Catalano

Giovanni Catalano, 73, of Columbia Heights, MN., died Thursday, July 5, 2012. He was born May 2, 1939 in Asmara, Eritrea the son of Rocco and Pia Lia Bernardi Catalano. He married Floy J. Wing on May 13, 1972 and she survives at home.

He had worked as a machinist at Spicer Dana in Minneapolis, MN.

Survivors include his wife; sisters, Teresita and husband Melvin Tom Noah of Versailles and Antonietta and husband Keith Olson of Eagan, MN.; daughters, Andrea Catalano of Columbia Heights and Bethiny and husband Thomas Peloquin of Blaine, MN.

Visitation will be held Friday, July 13 at St. John’s Catholic Church, Osgood from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. with funeral services immediately following at 11 a.m. Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery, Osgood.

Memorials may be made to the family.
