MP3 Bug Summer Programs 2008

Summer Reading Program:
indentCatch the Reading Bug!

  • The Summer Reading Program "Catch the Reading Bug!" begins June 2 and ends July 31. Use the "Reading Record Race" on pages 3 & 4 to keep track of your summer reading minutes.
  • When you have reached a hexagon labeled "Prize!", you may come to the library to claim a prize.
  • Claiming a prize also gives you a chance to be entered in drawings for additional prizes.
  • Attendance at various library programs throughout the summer also allows you to enter the drawings for these prizes.
  • Reading books, magazines, graphic novels, listening to audio books, being read to, or reading aloud all count toward reading minutes.
  • July 31st is the last day to claim prizes!
  • Possible drawing prizes include but are not limited to:
Marengo Cave passes (& canoe rental), Indiana State Museum tickets, Park Theater movie tickets, Indiana Repertory Theatre tickets, Indianapolis Children's Museum passes, Pizza, Wolf Theater movie passes, Holiday World & Splashin' Safari tickets, Restaurant Gift certificates, and more!
